A little bit of booky news…

As you all know, I’m working on the first book in my new series, and something has been bothering me for a while now in regards to it – basically it’s the title. I feel it doesn’t represent the book in the way I want it to, so I’ve decided to change it! After a brainstorming session with Mr T. (don’t even ask about some of his suggestions!) we’ve come up with a new title...

From now on Riding Danger will be called … UNSUITABLE. When you all get to know Kas better this title will make perfect sense ;)

And in light of the new title, I’ve given the blurb an overhaul as well…


Daisy Smith has spent eighteen months of her life paying for a crime she didn’t commit. Now out of prison, she has only one focus – get back custody of her younger brother, Jesse, who is deep in the foster care system. Desperate to rebuild her life and show the system that she is responsible enough to care for Jesse, she takes on the only job available to her, working as a stable hand at the Matis Estate.

On day one of her new job, Daisy meets the owner of the estate, Kastor Matis. A tall, dark, ridiculously beautiful, Greek god of a man. But Kas is also arrogant and overly confident. He makes it very clear, in no uncertain terms, that he wants Daisy. She makes it very clear that it’s not happening.

But Kas doesn’t seem to understand the meaning of the words ‘boundaries’ or ‘not interested’. The man is relentless.

Although Daisy is seriously attracted to Kas and her long underused girl parts are screaming for his attention, Kas is her boss, and sleeping with the man who signs her paycheque is not a line she’s willing to cross.

But Kas has decided he wants Daisy in his bed, or on his office desk or in his car…basically anywhere he can have her. And like in business, when Kas wants something, he goes after it with everything he is.

His motto: Failure is not on option. Life is too short for it to be.
